  • This league is focused on fun, community, and making field hockey accessible to everyone. We aim to create a welcoming environment for players of all skill levels, whether you're brand new to the sport or have years of experience.

  • No. Beginners are absolutely welcome. We run early-season Drills & Skills sessions to help new players learn the basics before games begin.

  • Yes! There will be an option during registration to request teammates. We’ll do our best to accommodate requests while keeping teams balanced.

  • Once teams are created (before the first practice), you’ll receive an email with:

    • Your team assignment

    • Your game schedule

    • Instructions to join your team group chat

  • Light rain usually won’t cancel games. If fields close or conditions are unsafe, we’ll notify players as early as possible.

  • Yes, substitutes are usually welcome if teams are short on players.

  • Yes! If another team is short players, you may play for them as well.

  • Players should aim to arrive about 10–15 minutes before game time to warm up.
